Assembly

Pre-Commissioning
A set of checks and static tests of the installation, performed in de-energized condition (without electrical power and without process fluids) to ensure it has been built according to engineering documents and is ready for commissioning.
Commissioning
Dynamic verification activities of each system and mechanical equipment under energized conditions, i.e., with electrical supply and fluids at pressure and various temperatures.

Programming of the control system according to the growth and update criteria required by the client, including integrations, consultancy, and custom developments.

Start-Up
Start-up is the critical process that determines the difference between success and failure in system implementation. It involves the planned start-up, regulation, and balancing of various equipment and systems.
Technical management of the start-up includes the following stages:
• Definition of the start-up plan by work units, indicating estimated time according to the start-up sheet. This plan is presented to the client for approval before starting any action.
