Our sector experience and qualified personnel allow us to intervene in every step of the project cycle, offering a wide range of solutions adapted to your requirements.

CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING

Conceptual engineering is the first stage of a project, defined after the initial need is identified.

BASIC ENGINEERING

This stage deepens the analysis from the prior conceptual engineering, providing the input data necessary for detailed design.

DETAILED ENGINEERING

Its goal is to produce the detailed installation design required to proceed with construction.

Main Engineering Tasks

Engineering Skid 1
  • Equipment, material, and work specifications, purchase orders for all items not previously procured.
  • Review of basic engineering.
  • Equipment layout plans.
  • Process and final P&I diagrams.
  • Control philosophy: PLC (Allen Bradley, GE, Siemens, Schneider), DCS (DeltaV, DeltaV SIS), RTU (ROC, Bristol).
Engineering Skid 2
  • Piping layouts.
  • Electrical panel layouts.
  • Electrical and thermal consumption calculations in panels.
  • Wiring diagrams.
  • Loop diagrams.
  • Piping and cable routing plans.
  • Cause-Effect Matrix.
Engineering Skid 3
  • Signal lists and SCADA databases.
  • Signal lists and SCADA databases.
  • Typical assembly drawings.

At this stage, 3D software allows us to make dimensional adjustments before installation.
